Election Services Pricing
Base fee for electronic voting includes the following:
Serve as the Inspector of Election for one election
Coordinate with community manager or designated Association contact person on election setup, status, notices, reminders, changes, reconvened dates, etc.
Load election information into the electronic voting system.
Set-up fees are currently waived.
Upload templates will be provided.
Email standardized notice to members with instructions on how to electronically update their voting preference and to confirm access to the electronic voting system. *
Email standardized call for candidates notice and receive candidate submissions electronically through our designated platform. *
Email standardized 60-day pre-ballot notice. *
Email reconvened meeting notices (if needed). *
Post electronic notice of meeting, candidate biographies and election rules on an election-specific page or post a link to your website if you prefer.
Email standardized voting instructions on how to access and use the electronic voting system along with a unique voting link to access an electronic ballot for each unit that is voting electronically.
Receive electronic secret ballots from electronic voters and written secret ballots from non-electronic voters.
Count and tabulate votes at a virtual open meeting by Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and report results.
*There is a separate fee for each individual notice that is mailed and for each ballot package that is mailed via USPS first class mail.

Additional Fees for Mail Pieces and Other Services
Mail ballot packages - $4.00/unit, including two ballot envelopes, one standard system-generated ballot, and up to five additional pages, printed double-sided, black and white copies.
Return postage on ballot envelopes - $0.90/unit
Mail individual notice - $2.50/unit per notice, using standard system-generated notices up to 2 pages each, printed double-sided, black and white copies.
Attend in-person meeting for written ballot election only (no electronic voting) - $250 per trip, San Diego area only.
Customized mailing pieces, including mailing text of governing document for votes to amend governing documents - varies by size of mail piece
Customized electronic ballot - varies
Coordinate candidate nomination process beyond accepting electronic submissions on designated platform - $75/hour
Data management (data cleaning and normalization for upload, resolving bounced emails, etc) - $75/hour
We are not involved in IDR.
Attend any in-person meeting for any reason other than written ballot election - $150/hour including travel time
All costs and fees are subject to change.

$250 for 21 to 50 units
$300 for 51 to 150 units
$350 for 151 to 300 units
$400 for 301 to 500 units
